French President Macron said at the G20 summit on Friday (May 21) that France has pledged to share at least 30 million doses of coronavirus vaccines by the end of this year.

French officials have been lobbying European countries to strengthen vaccine sharing with developing countries, and privately complained about the U.S.’s ban on vaccine exports.
