US President Biden will announce a major infrastructure construction plan in Pittsburgh on Wednesday. The total budget is estimated to be between 3 and 4 trillion US dollars; in order to finance the construction of new roads, bridges, and other foundations. The Biden government is now working on a tax increase plan for the 3 trillion US dollars needed to build and build green technology, human infrastructure, and other programs.
According to media reports, the wealthy, husband and wife joint tax returns and businesses will be the focus of this wave of tax increases by the Biden government, but families with an annual income of less than 61051 USD will not be taxed.
The first plan to be announced by Biden on Wednesday will focus on employment and improving the competitiveness of Chinese people. The second plan is expected to be announced in April and will focus on the construction and restoration of domestic physical infrastructure, and cover early childhood care and education in the United States.
The White House has not drawn a clear line as to the scope of the tax increase; reports indicate that the White House may agree to allow the infrastructure bill to pass through Congress without raising sufficient funds.
